1、定卫生间地漏的位置时一定要先想好，量好尺寸。地漏比较好位于砖的一边，如果地漏在砖的中间位置的话，无论砖怎么样倾斜，地漏都不会位于比较低点。

2、卫生间里的电器比较好设有开关。特别是卫生间里的电热水器，如果直接通过拔插头的方式关去电热的话，可能会有危险。

3、洗手间里的脸盆应尽量使用陶瓷盆，玻璃盆很难清洁。

4、洗澡间比较好还是做成隔断的，不能图省事拉一个浴帘了事。拉浴帘看似简易，实际上很不方便，会造成洗澡间水流满地，不好做清洁。

5、厨卫地砖比较好不要挑白色的，白色地砖虽然素雅，但是不耐脏，如果铺设在厨房和卫生间，打扫清洁会很辛苦。

6、厨房门比较好选用木制的吊轨门，以方便进出。

7、在安装橱柜前，一定要确认厨房的水路是否畅通。橱柜完成后如果厨房的水路出现问题，返工会很麻烦。

8、客厅里比较好尽量多的装电源插头，因为客厅中一般会摆放大量的家用电器，插头少了会不够用。

9、卧室的顶灯比较好是双控的，门旁一个，床边一个，以免天气寒冷的时候还要钻出被窝关灯。

10、买灯具时比较好选用玻璃、不锈钢、铜或者木制（架子）的，不推荐选用金属上镀漆的灯具，看似美观，实际上很容易掉漆。

11、安装塑钢门的时候，一定要提前算好塑钢门门框凸出墙壁的尺寸，知会安装人员。这样能保证安装完成后，门框和贴完瓷片的墙壁是平的，既美观，又好做卫生。

12、门与门框比较好选木纹细致的材料，不仅结实，也能增加门窗的质感。

13、地面上如果要装木地板，比较好重新做地面的水泥层并重新抹平，否则容易出现木地板高低不平或者有空洞的现象。

14、买镜子时要考虑一下镜前灯的位置，如果暂时不想装镜前灯，镜子的大小要以能遮住为镜前灯预留的线为比较好。

15、比较好等房间铺完地砖或木地板再刷木器漆，如果一定要刷的话，也要先将房间打扫干净，否则粉尘容易附着在刷过木器漆的木制品表面。

16、水管安装完成后，水管的10公斤加压测试也是非常重要的。测试时比较好能亲自在场，而且测试时间至少在30分钟以上。最后压力没有任何减少方可以测试通过。

17、水电改造比较好自己先计划好，要求施工人员直接按计划来布线，否则很容易造成纠纷。

18、房屋装修时比较好不要签订口头协议，一定要用书面形式把账面一一写清楚，否则结帐时很可能会被宰。

19、需要安装的家居产品，尽量要求卖方安装。如果卖方实在不包安装，也一定要坚持安装完后才全额付款。

20、装修时要检查是否有必要的施工保护措施，比如入户门要用珍珠棉包起来，铺贴好的窗台和地面也要适当做保护。
